Delivery information

Delivery times vary by item and are counted from the day you order. Each product page shows its own estimate.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. At checkout you'll be asked for a UK postcode. We can't deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.

How long it takes

Our pieces ship directly from our makers, so delivery usually takes 4 to 14 days depending on the item. The estimate on each product page is the best guide. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking your order

We email you when your order leaves us, with a tracking link. If you haven't received a dispatch email within five days of ordering, check your spam folder, then get in touch.

If you're not in

The courier will follow their usual missed-delivery process, which may mean leaving the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point. Your tracking link will show what happened and how to rearrange.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the delivery time, or tracking hasn't updated for three working days, email support@goldenshopping-uk.com with your order number. We'll chase the courier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund including delivery.

Split deliveries

Items in one order can arrive in separate parcels on different days. You only pay delivery once, and each parcel gets its own tracking link.
