The terms that apply when you buy from goldenshopping-uk.com.
1. Who we are
goldenshopping-uk.com ("Golden Shopping", "we", "us") is operated by EcomTerra LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, with EIN 37-2159331 and its registered address at 8206 Louisiana Blvd NE, Ste A #4912, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87113, United States. 2. These terms
These terms apply to every order you place on this website. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. These terms are for consumers buying for personal use.
3. Products
We make every effort to show products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary by a small amount between individual garments. Product images are for illustration.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. If we discover a pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Placing an order and how the contract is formed
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll email you to acknowledge your order. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order through our payment provider. We don't see or store your full card details. Your payment is subject to your card issuer's approval.
7. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. We can't deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Delivery charges and estimated times are set out on each product page, on our delivery page and at checkout. Estimated times are not guaranteed, but if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your order date you can cancel it for a full refund. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Your right to cancel and returns
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. In addition, we offer a 28-day returns period from delivery. How to return items and how refunds work is set out in our returns and refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Faulty goods
Goods we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they're not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects those legal rights.
10. Our liability to you
If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our negligence. We're not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
11. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier disruption or strikes. If this happens we'll tell you and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is significant, you can cancel and receive a refund for anything you've paid for but not received.
12. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.
13. Using this website
The content on this website, including text, illustrations and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for personal use but may not copy it for commercial purposes without our permission.
14. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, email support@goldenshopping-uk.com and we'll aim to resolve it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the part of the UK where you live.
